Mohan is a Retired Justice of the High Court of Hong Kong as well as an Accredited Arbitrator and Mediator. Admitted to the Hong Kong Bar in 1978, he has been in private practice as a Barrister and, later, as a Senior Counsel for over thirty years. He was a Member of the Panel of Arbitrators of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. He was appointed to the High Court of Hong Kong and served for eleven years before retiring to return to his previous practice as an Arbitrator and a Mediator. His services and activities related to the legal field are numerous.
